Finally my Green Card Journey is over
Today was my interview at Sacramento office. but before saying any thing I will tell my full story with Green Card.
My Green Card process start on June 8th, 2001. Labor took 6 month and I-140 took 2 month to get approved
so I filled my I-485 on May 2002. I applied for 3 EAD, 3 AP and 2 FP. I got an RFE to prove of special registeration since I am from midlle ease country.
I changed my sponser company also I moved from San Jose to sacrament.
After 2 weeks of RFE response, I got a notice that my file was transfered to San Francisco. this was on September 18th.
On October 28th, I got letter from Sacramento that my interview is scheduled to be November 9th. so only they gave me 6 working days to prepare all papers.
today I went to the interview at Sacramento office. the officer was nice and friendly. and she told me the reason of interview is because I didn't register.
I prove to her that I am exempted from registration then she start asking about employment letter and Tax return
and then she said you are WELCOM TO US
Then she stamped my passport
