Finally I-140 Approved....

:) I have been a silent visitor of this forum. You guys are great. I have been visiting the site at least four-five times a day. Right now my sine curve is at the positive vertex.

All problems: Labor rejected in RIR category, finally got approved in general category. Delay the process 6months.

EAD: Got RFE: ID page of Passport. After three months of replying RFE, I got Interim EAD Just for 8 months. I got approval from USCIS after one month for remaining period of 4 months of EAD.
AP: Got approved next day after approval of EAD. After more than 6 months of applying or ND.

I-140: Got the news from Lawyer that my I-140 and 485 has been clubbed and would be approved simultaneously (Why I was the exception, no idea). But I received two emails on Aug 2nd at 5PM, confirming the approval of I-140 only. LUD never changed. I-485 is still pending.
 
Check out this posting that indicates you may hear shortly....another concurrent which shows a 2 week gap between paperwork being processes. I guess you may hear shortly on 485.

This is wonderful news that concurrent is really happening. Gives hope to us guys still waiting long time on LC that when we get there there will be good news down the process chain.
