I-140 approved : Nov '97
I-485 applied :Jun 26, 01
I-140 reapplied due to company being bought over
RFE - On Birth certificate of self
RFE - Medical Records for wife and kid
RFE Replied: Sept 11, 02
I-485 approval date : Sept 18, 02
