:) :) :) :) Hello everyone -

I have been a regular visitor of this site and just wanted to thank all you people, who have been updating this forum with whatever information you all have received.


Me and my wife(dependent) were approved on Dec 9th and the online status changed Dec 10.

485 ND 11/2002
finger printing (1): 06/03
Ead 2
Ap 2
Had applied for the 3rd EAD and 3rd Advance parole in Oct /04.

RFE issued 08/04 for my employment history from 10/01 to 10/03 as I had two job offers and hence had 2 H1 B's at one time.
Sent all paystubs and a notarired letter stating the same.

RFE received : 10/12.
LUD changes 10/13 ,10/14/ and 10/15.

received 2nd finger printing notice 11/12.
Approved 12/09.

Did the status got changed after your 2nd FP saying like 'your FP results have been received ...'

Thanks again for all the wishes just need to pray that I get the approval notice in the mail soon and also get the plastic card.
But atleast we are getting closer.

Tatasu, nope my status did not change at all , the last time it changed was after they received my response to RFE.
