We are from Malaysia and Poland, EB2 (BA from USA and 6 years work experience on H1B), non-retrogressed, filed in Nebraska.

P.S. I think PP I-140 helped a lot. I would still be waiting since they are behind with 140 regular (non-PP) approvals.......

Time line:
RIR labor filed January 18, 2001, pending forever, never approved nor denied until I quit the job (a huge $24 billion revenue telecom company, don't wanna say names) with the labor app still pending in February 2006 (I got the proof needed for the H1 extenssion with the new company!!!).

Got new job in February 2006, refiled all from the beginning and below is the new timeline:

PERM: filed May 26, 2006 and approved June 1, 2006
140/485 received by USCIS: July 3, 2006
EAD received: July 20, 2006
FP done: July 26, 2006
140 premium processing upgrade: Nov. 2, 2006
140 approved with premium processing upgrade: Nov. 6, 2006
485 approved: Dec. 11, 2006

What do you do after 485 is approved? Mine was approved a month ago and the 485 approval says wait for 90 days. Do we continue waiting like a lamb?

I actually don't know. They sent the notification yesterday (according to CRIS) and hopefully I should get it tomorrow or maybe Monday. So.... I don't know as of now anything besides that it's been approved and that the notification about the approval has been sent yesterday.
