Guys, Finally got the email I was waiting for!!!
Here is my case details.

Substitute Labor, EB2, laid off from original sponsor.
I-140 Approved after laid off but before I got my next one.
Changed 3 jobs after that and moved to 3 different states.
I did not inform INS about my job change.

RD: 8/30/2002
ND: 10/15/2002
1St FP: 11/20/2002

I-140 AD: 3/27/2003

2nd FP: 6/8/2004
AD: 7/26/2004

NO RFE, NO RFE, NO RFE

I am not very active member on this forum. But I got lot of information and support from your posts.

Congratulations !!

Question - How could u have not communicated to the INS? In that case where did u do yr 2nd FP? Did u fly back to the original state to get yr FP done?
