Here are my case details...

Let me say thanks to USCIS, who approved my case(s)....I appreciate them

PD Mar 2001 (LC Substitute)
I140/I485 RD 4/29/2004 (EB3)
Got RFE for I140: request to submit form 750b (second part of LC)… submitted with 2 weeks
I140 approved Data: Jan 2005
FP done in Apr 2005 (only once)
I am using 3rd EAD and 3rd AP

As of June 01, my case becomes current.

I switched my employer a month ago (with Same & Similar Job)
My current employer applied AC 21 on May 31st

I485 approved on 06/06/06 for both my wife and me

I got 6 emails from CRIS (USCIS) regarding approval on 06/06/06
I got 6 emails from CRIS (USCIS) regarding card order on 06/06/06

This forum is really useful, I am silent observer of this forum, I like this…
I hope every body wins...but be patient

any info on the name check? did you know when they came through for you with the name check?

I do not know any thing about my name ckeck? I asked USCIS cust. rep a couple of time, when I called for my change address.
 
Congrats, any LUD change before the approval?

Did your LUD change when your PD became current?

I have the same EB-3 (Labor substitution) PD i,e 2nd March 2001. The difference is 485 RD. Mine is Sept 2002. I have noticed a change in LUD on 1st June 2006 when my PD became current. After that no more changes in LUD. When I contacted customer service yesterday (6/6) they told me that my case is awaiting officer assignment. My name check was completed long back and I got that confirmation from FBI. FPs are still valid.

Did you notice any change in LUD for the last one week?
 
As soon as my case becomes current and there was a LUD I485 on 06/01/2006. But I do not know any thing about name check.
