in case your case has taken long time. I feel very strongly that after my attorney from California (I stay and work in Chicago) contacted the local Illinois Senator then ONLY my case approval released. It was already approved( I feel). But they did not released. May be kept aside.
So to expedite or speedup the process , contact local Senator.
This may not be true with every case. But worth giving a try.
So all the best. How to proceed , can be discussed with your attorney.
