OK!! USCIS will not accept the FBI “name check result” email from you because you can forge it. That makes sense. But they can accept this FBI email directly from congressman or Senator. 1.25 day left go and try that option. I asked both congressman and senator to forward their results to USCIS.

Okay now I understand this classical data integration issue.

But If I were you I would call FBI and ask them to fax the information to USCIS. I am sure they will do it. In fact in my email from FBI they told me that they will fax my information to USCIS head quarters in Washington.

I would suggest start calling all the numbers that Rahul kumar has provided in his infamous Namecheck thread. Don't spare anybody with any ranks just call them and tell them to send it. I am sure Hardy or Cannon will do a favour.

Try it man .. I know you will get it.

Do you have their phone numbers

Sonpapdi: Do you have those phone numbers, do they talk to individuals directly? Is that even possible?
My senator says they will have to wait for 4 to 6 weeks before asking USCIS more questions. Fighting with the retrogression deadline doesn't seem to be their priority.. :(

If you have any clue on these numbers send them to me please. Also i guess today is anyway gone because its already nap time on the east coast.

Sent a fax to Mr Hooton as URgent

Called FBI Namecheck and left a voice mail, I don't think they will respond for next 5 months, also faxed a letter to mr Hooton.

If I had done so much effort for my studies, I would have been in NASA today.... :)

I already sent such fax, email and a postal letter about a month ago to FBI for requesting them to resend the tape and I am still waiting for their response..

Basically, Mr.Williams has never sent out a detailed note to my queries. The response you've received didn't look like a typical reply. So, was momemtarily wondering if you had sent your request to some other email address. Please let me know if you did.

Yes its the same email address

To my surprise, I never received any standard emails, he was always specific as if typing it up for myself. I must appreciate him, with all the millions of emails he might be getting. But yeah, I had to put a lot of "maska" in my emails..i hope you understand what i am trying to say.

I think you write him a general sort of email that is copy paste of somebody on this forum, he also does the same..( or may be he is also one of the members on this forum..u know one of us... ;) )

So I always wrote to him as if I am writing to my big brother u know..:)
