Finally got approval Letter !

Our case was an EB3 case ND was 11/2001
FP 3/2003 and case transferred to orlando local office on April 10th 2004.
I did not want to wait for another year as that was the time needed to get an interview date in Orlando, so I moved back to NC and got an interview date for July 27th. The interview was went very smooth. The only problem was that the FP had expired so we did FP again the same date and got letter on or around 6th August.

I would like to thank all of you and hopefully things will improve for the people in the future

Seems like good smart decission u made to move back. share us what make so confidenet that you would get date less than Orlando?

Where exactly you did the second FP. In the same office where you were interviewed ????

I moved back to NC because they were processing 2003 cases in Orlando where as in NC it was current. I got the interview letter both at home and lawyers office. The FP was not in the same office because the office has moved to a new location. I had to drive to the old office location to do the FP.
