Thank God I Got my Finger Print Notice Today

Called INS probably twenty times during the last few months.

2001 filers, be persistent and keep calling! I hope you'll get yours soon.

When did you call

When did you call last. is this when the IIO told you he/she will request FP for you?

About a week ago. Yes she said she would send a note to FP scheduling department.

Over the course of the last few months, IIOs must have told me that they would send FP request and I should receive it within 10-14 days on ten different occassions. Them promising you an FP notice is no guarantee since they do not do the scheduling. The most they could do is to forward the request on to the FP scheduling department. It is at the department's discretion.
 
I also got FP , but no A# or application # on receipt...

did you checked your FP notice and please let me know that did they print A#.....

Mine has A#. But don't worry, during the FP process, they have to enter your information in the system, give them your A# then.
