Hi All,

My Case has been approved as per AVM on 05/21/01

PD 09/98 EB2 India
RD 11/99
ND 12/13/99
FP 03/01/01
Company Name Change after 140(Same Tax Id)
RFE for Employment verification and Medical Redo for my wife
RFE response RD by INS on 05/09/01

I used to check the AVM regularly but never got any +ve response. For the first time in 58 months my wife has tried the AVM and voila!! Approved on 05/21/01!! Big thanks to all of you and to my lucky sweet heart!!

No. I didn\'t. But my lawyer has send out the new I140 application this morning and I came to know about the approval only at 4PM(EST). I hope it won\'t create any confusion.

Did you ever call INS and were told that your application was on hold due to Company name change? I am just wondering whether they noticed your company name changed from your employment letter.
