Can someone give me some legal advise on how to process my I-140 (EB-2 advanced professional) as I'm doing it myself? Is concurrent filing of I-485 a good approach? What are the do's and dont's in preparing the documents before submitting them to NSC.

I would suggest you go through this site, using search tool. Almost all of the postings on the topic you are writing is all over the place. You need to pick and choose and then make a list of it and then decide for your self. Again in your post you mentioned as legal advice, most often lawyers do not come to this site, and even if they come they would not identify and like to give free legal advice on the forum. So what ever you see here is not a legal advice, we just share our experiences with certain situation and try not to make a similar mistake so that we can learn, what not to do. Apart from that, I would suggest you post what you are planning to do and then probably some one would comment on each point, that way it would be much easy for the person to comment also.
