Finally Approved !!!!

Hi guys,

I am very excited to inform you that my & my wife's applications (i485) have been approved. But all ain't rosy. :mad: My son received a RFE today. I don't know the details yet. Shall post them details once known. Details of my & my wife's applications are given below.

I know the pain everyone endures during long waiting period. Talking to BCIS doesn't ease it up for sure. I pray to god that everybody waiting gets approved fast & easy. Wish you all the best till then.

Your approval was almost went unnoticed on this forum since there were just few approvals but our friends were expecting lot of approvals this week.

Congrats bluetooth...

A small correction Jaic, the one that is with kmart is Blue Light not Blue Tooth. Blue Tooth is a wirless technology to connect different wireless devices together.
 
RFE details

On last monday(8/11), my lawyer received the RFE notice on my son's i485 application. BCIS asked us to submit two latest photos of my son as in the ones submitted before, his left eye wasn't visible. :confused: :confused: Anyway, I submitted his new photographs to my lawyer on last thursday. However, my lawyer couldn't foward those to BCIS due to last weeks historical Blackout.:mad: . He is going to submit it today. Hopefully, my son's application will get approved soon.
