as u say, ur job&title were changed after 180 days. does ur new job require the same DOT-code?

Dear Yager,

I don't know what you mean by DOT-code.

My (JOB)Title in labor was Sw. Engineer and current Title is Analyst/Programer.

Did you send them info on Change of address since you moved?

Is you online info or AVM (voice 1-800 number) message changed after the approval?

How did you answer your emp letter RFE? Did you mention similarity in job duties and salary etc on a cover letter?

DOT-code is a kind of Occupation Code used in Labor
Certification process.

15-1031.00 Title Computer Software Engineers, Applications

Dear gheewalabhai888,

Yes I informed BCIS of address change I had send 2 AR11 forms to DC/Newyork I don't remember exactly and my lawyer had send Address change info to BCIS Neb.
Yes my Online status has changed now. But when they had send RFE it never changed it only changed after they had send Fingerprint notices and after they received the response to RFE.

I never checked Status through phone specially after it changed to 1-800 I tried the old number couple times in past but it was always engaged so did not bother for that.

I had a pretty plain Emp Letter from my employer stating my Job Title,Duties Current salary and future employment, format was given by lawyer but my lawyer was good I think, though very expensive.

Mine is a very old case.
RD/ND April 2001. Never changed job. Want to change lawer.
He has vever followed up my case with NSC. Even today, he is very adament when it comes down to contacting NSC. You seem to be very happy with your lawer. Can you give me his name and telephone #.

First of all Congrats!!!

I have a question for you , after you changed jobs did your salary remain the same or did it go more, if more how much % did it go or if it went down how much % down did it go, your feedback is highly valuable for me

I have a question for you: When you/your lawyer responded to the RFE, did you also use an AC21 letter? If yes, what did you say?
