Folks,
Finally after 18 months and 11 days my wifes 485 has been approved, I also updated rupnet.

PD: 12/07/01
RD: 12/07/01
ND: 12/10/01

A Day after filling my wifes application, My case was approved
(dec 7th 01 and VSC received on Dec 10 , I aplied and my case was a approved on dec 11th)
 
Can you please suggest what you think since you are approved you should have more knoledge on this subject :
Second Finger print notice will be issued after replying for a RFE, if 15 months have passed for the reply to be received by INS. This has nothing to do if the case is assigned to a officer.
