Status updated just now...... Approved for myself and spouse.

AC21 Case
Changed job twice after 180 days

ND - 12/05/01
FP - 5/13/02
RFE - 4/29/03 MD- 5/14/03 RD - 5/21/03

Did not informed BCIS about AC21.(as per my lawyer)
RFE replied with different job title,with same job description.
Salary +5K


RFE Details :
1. Updated original letter on company letterhead from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.
2.Earning statements for the last two months.
3. Last 2 years Tax return including all schedules.

Congrats!!!!

Looks like INS online system has been updated recently. I just ran a check on few 065 series case. I found 3 of the cases approved today.
