My GC was approved on January 29th 2003 as per AVM and waiting for the approval notice. My wife's case has not been approved still.
my case details are as follows:
RD: 07/05/2001
EAD:09/24/2001
FP: 12/11/2001
RFE:08/03/2002
AD:01/29/2003

We both applied for 485 at the same time and got queries at the same time also for mother's name not included in the date of birth certificate. we both answered the query same day but we do not know why my wife's case has not been approved.

How did you answer the query ? Did you get new BC from India( including mother's name) ?
