Once you file 485, it will be processed quickly because you work in wisconsin. I am not sure how it works. It looks like 485 would be filed where you work. Is it true. Seeig your case it is not soundignlike that .

Now, I am not living in Wisconsin.

I do not fully understand your question. If you are referring to concurrent filing, then, I did not have that option when I filed my I-140.

If you mean Labour certification at State level, Then Yes; WI Department of Labor really move the cases fast (atleast back in May 2000).
