Hello every,
Got a phone call from my attorney and been told that my green card has been approved on Aug 22nd.

The following are my information. I\'m not on Ciba\'s list.

ND-Jan, 2000
FP-July, 2000
REF for amendment I-140-March, 2001
Reply-March, 2001
AVM-never updated
Approved-Aug 22, 2001 and waiting for the notice

My four years long waiting is finally end.

How did attorney come to know?

How did your attorney came to know that your 485 has been approved? Normally attorney comes to know only when they get the notice. I don\'t think any attorney calls CSC to check up the status unless attorney has nothing else to do.
