My case details PD 10/99, RD 12/18/00 ND 01/05/01 Final Approval for self, wife and child on May 1st. Heard the message. Played it zillion times. My sincer thanks to CIBA and others. I wish everyone gets approved ASAP. I will post my stamping details.

Bean, one more question for you: at what time did you check the AVM?

Some of the people on this site (including Ciba) are interested in determining at what time during the day/night the system is being updated. If you could remember the time of your 2 last calls to the AVM (non-approved then approved) this would provide us one data point in our quest for truth :)

Hey ProActive,

That was a very good question to ask those whose cases are approved!
If we could somehow figure out when the system updates the records,
we could potentially save folks some money for long-distance calls,
although AT&T and MCI would be mad at us. :)
