I got same RFE like your first one in the Sept 20, 2004. This makes me to prepare what i didn't get in worst situation. Couple of questions
1. IRS certified tax returns - was it yours or company
2. What is DE6?
3. Can you little more light on the 2nd RFE you got

They got my RFE reply on Nov 10, 2004...Looking for your answers.

1. IRS certified tax returns - was it yours or company
Primary applicants IRS computer generated tax reports (not company)
2. What is DE6?
DE6 is company related stuff.....dont know wht it means exactly

The contract between my employer and self was to prove that I am a permanent employee.
I am working for a consulting company so they wanted the contract between my employer and client specifing my name in the contract......My name is not mentioned in the contract and so my lawyer submitted an invoice from client which had my name in it.
