Finally Approved

Just got an e-mail from USCIS that my and my spouse's case was approved.

Here are all the details:
I-485 Receipt Date: Sept-10, 2002
FP1: In 2002
RFE Received from BCIS: Early Feb, 2004
RFE Reply received by BCIS: March 31, 2004
Spouse's FP2: April 30, 2004
My FP2: August 5, 2004
Approval Date: Sept. 28th
Note: There was a delay in approval after RFE due to FP not being valid.

Originally, started the G.C. process in June 1998 with labor and then gave up on that and filed under RIR in 2001. Long journey - like most of us.


Please reply to this thread if you want any additional specific information on my case.
