RFE on 07/09 (LUD also changed),
RFE was on marriage certificate
Lawyer got RFE: 07/15
RFE sent: 08/06
USCIS rcvd RFE on 08/13, LUD changed to 08/16
Now LUD -> 08/19 (Approval date: 08/18)
Email recvd: 08/19
waiting for approval letter..

Congratulations. This gives us some hope on our case..
Dependent marriage cert RFE received on 08/17 primary LUD 06/21.
No update since. Hope to get approval soon.

marriage certificate..

Marriage certificate that we submitted with I485 application was only in English. Lawyer asked us, can we get one with a native langauge..we tried that and got one in which altenate lines are in native and transalted english..
we also got one from Indian Consulate at SF. Based on our passport entries they have given us marriage certificate..
Along with these two doc, lawyer replied the RFE on 08/06..
We did ask for any affadevait from parents. Hope this help you..

Actually we DID NOT ask for affadevait from our parents..
I was in hurry to finish the posting. :)
