I changed employer.. and for rfe reply i prepared my self a AC-21 covering letter and EVL from my employer..

The rfe was sent to our old address despite we did address change with USCIS and got confirmation letter.. we called again and did one more address change.. finally we received the rfe letter to our new address..

I have one question..

In case of proof of marriage RFE for your wife, did you send any other doc other than marriage certificate? and didn't you send any proof at the time of I485 filing?

The reason why I am asking, as per online status USCIS has sent (yet to receive) RFEs to both of us and am guessing, they want proof of marriage RFE for my wife

(company name and the $number of the salary..are not important to us..)

For marriage proof, we filed only our marriage ceritificate only during I-485..
but in the rfe they clearly asked us to provider documents such as our child birth cirtificate, finacial information such as joint account, IT returns, joint home ownership, same health insurance plan etc..

We provided pretty much everything...

This is draft of my AC21 covering letter

This is to inform the USCIS that under the provisions of Section 106(c) of the 21st Century Act (AC21) I have changed my employment from <Previous Employer> to <Current Employer>.

On Sept 29th, 2002, I filed the I-485 application to adjust my status. At that time, I had intended to continue to work for <Previous Employer>. I <Current Employer> in a similar position (Information Systems Analyst) and with the same job duties on September of 2003, after my I-485 application had been pending for over 180 days. I expect that I will continue to be employed <Current Employer> for the foreseeable future.

As you can see in the EVL letter i joined the new employer on sep/2003 well before my 2nd fp(APR 2004).
