Our cases have been approved.
Beginning of the month, my husband got his 2nd FP done. Its taken them exactly 4 weeks since that time.
WAC01294***** RD: sept 2001 - PRIMARY
WAC03174*****RD: May 2003 - DERIVATIVE

Thanks to the forum. All of you have been a great source of information, advice and inspiration.

Were there any LUD changes before you sent the expedite letter? Did expedite letter help? If so, Can you post the expedite letter format you sent to USCIS.

did you get any LUD change before the approval? My 2nd fp was received Faburary 9, and no LUD change after that.

LUD change

The last LUD change we had was when they received the results of the 2nd FP - after that it was the final approval. Infact our case was approved on the 24th, but case status updated on 28th feb.
After 2nd FP, our approval came within 3-4 weeks. You are pretty close to getting approval - hang in there!!
 
congrats....isn't it rediculous that you had to wait so long and WAC05's are getting approved.
