Friends Finally my case is approved on Nov 17th after a long wait of 5 yrs and 3 months ... Went through 2 mergers/aquisitions fortunately worked in the same location for all there yrs

EB3/Non-RIR/VSC
PD: Aug 1998
RD : Dec 2001
FP1: Mar 2002
FP2: Jul 2003
AD : 17 Nov 2003

But my wifes case is still showing the same old message (FP2 was recvd and processing is resumed) Is this Normal ???

Thanks to Rajiv kanna and friends out on this board who really kept me going even though my case was delayed so long.

I Wish good luck to all of them who is still waiting for approval !!

Hey Congrats on getting the approval. Hopefully your wifes, issue will be approved soon..
 
Obviously, BCIS is processing FP2 cases of August/2003. Not the date you did your 2nd FP, but the date you supposed to take 2nd FP.

ThakurSahab i did not attach any documet for every merger , the lawyer had filed for I140 amendment .....

GCJourney i did not receive any RFE ......
