Hi,

Got Approval notice for myself. Waiting for my spouse's approval.

Registered, but haven't received email. So, got this pleasant surprise in my mailbox this evening. Message is neither updated on website or uscis 800 number.

Here's my details:
PD - Nov'2000
RD - Feb'2002
ND - March'2002
FP-Three - May'02, Oct'03, Jan'04
EAD/AP - Two for spouse, once for me
AC21 (job changed) after 10 months of filing I485
Moved from NJ to Atlanta
Changed addresses twice
Didn't change Attorney
RFE-04/05 received by Attorney
RFE details received by INS - my case 04/14(std-2 W2, 2 paystubs, 2 IT ret)
My wife's case was 'Intent to Deny' but INS had mentioned in the letter that her status can be adjusted under 245(i) with $1000 fine and 485i supplement.

Can u tell us why ur wife's case had problems?

Did her employer notify cis wrongly or was it indicated in the application to adjustment of status? My friend has a similar problem but his wife was in H4 throughout.
