Finally Approved - I-485 !!

Hi All

My I-485 was approved today. My details are asmentioned:

PD: 12/2001
I-485: 10/2003
2nd Finger print: 05/2004
I-485 Approval: 03/10/2005

I would request someone to let us know what is the next step. Do we have to apply for a Plastic card or get our passport stamped ?? How do we do this ?
