Finally my case has been approved on July 18th.
Thanks to everybody for good support, specially HANUMAN, COOL_BANDHA...
I hope you guys are next in line.
This site is great, I visit this site everyday atleast 5 to 6 times.
I called IIO on July 10th, and was told that it will take another 30 to 45 days. So I stopped calling from last week. But I was curious, I called again on this saturday, I heard good news. I am little dipressed these days because of market plunge. This is great news for me.

RD 9/99, ND 9/99, FP 8/00 Company name change after filing I-485.
RFE replied 1/01. Never filed Proactive I-140.
called INS on July 12th, they said another 4 to 6 weeks.
Approved on July 18th. Heard from AVM.
