Finally Approved...as per online message

Hey Everyone,

Finally approved on 18th Feb 2004. Just checked it last night.
Primary applicant (my wife) is approved. Mine still says Received RFE on 3rd Feb. We filed both together,

dose any one know why mine was not approved along with my wife or how long does it take to get the dependent case approved? My EAD is expiring next week...

Primary applicant Approved FEB 18 2004

RFE Details Medical form incomplete for both of us.

Primary applicant 2yr W2 and tax returns and Letter from current employer.

No, no one know why yours didn't get approved. BCIS - it's a strange world!

Anyway, good news that the primary applicant got approved. Congratulations!

There have been other cases, albeit very few, where the approvals have been separate.

There is a small chance yours is not updated yet. Maybe you can call them up to check status.

Congrats buddy,
I am also in same situation. My case approved (Primary applicant) Spouse Case is showing same message. I will update you once I get the approval notice.
 
Primary approved

We recvd courtesy copy only for the primary applicant. Derivative applicant ( my wife's case) still shows Fp recvd blah....... No courtesy copy yet.

Please update once you rcvd the approval letter.

My case was approved in Aug03. My husband got it only in 18th feb 04( as per the online message)
A dec 14th 01 Rd case.
