Finally Approval

Today is my day...
Finally......I finally can have a green-card-worried-free weekend..

The whole thing is pretty interesting

I checked my status this morning, it was still saying they have received my RFE and blah blah blah...
ANd then I decided not to torture myself by looking at the same message every day.
I just didn't go to the USCIS website again.

WHen I got home this evening, the approval notice already in my mailbox. and now, the online message has changed also...

I can have a worried-free long weekend.

RD 1/29/2002
ND 2/12/2002
1st FP 4/10/2002
2nd FP 7/30/2003
3rd FP didn't go, my lawyer took care of it by calling USCIS
RFE received 12/18/2003
AD 1/16/2004
BUt they have a typo on the approval notice says 1/16/1994 :D

anyway, thanks for everything.

by the way, the approval date on the notice is 1/12/2004
and I received the letter on 1/16/2004.

I have a question. Can I use the same photo that I used for EAD?? or they are different??

I just went to the local boston office to stamp my passport.
It took me 3 hours to wait in the room E-160
but it only took me 10 minutes to get the stamp...

at this point, I only need to wait for the plastic card.

Such a release.

When did you receive the approval notice?
My GC approved on 13th Jan but I still havent received the notice yet. Still waiting.....
