Finally my case got approved.

Hi Mandu!!!
Congrats on your approval. Regarding your spouse's travel, I remember someone in this forum saying that his wife was not allowed entry on advance parole since he already got his passport stamped. I think you better talk to your attorney before making any travel plans.

Also, could you please post your RFE details ?
Thanks

that's a long wait.. is there a reason for this kind of delay after they issued a ref in jan 2002? could you please post your ref details..

congratulations and have fun...

Don't Know

Don't know why the delay was. My FBI name check was cleared in December 2002. The first RFE was issued before the first FP was done. Many things happened in my case, which usually never happened to others. I don't know why ? May be my fate ..

The first RFE was for birth Certificate, Marriage cetificate (although we submitted while filing)

The second one was employment and MMR shot record for medicals..

good news..

Mandu
Good to see your I-485 getting approved. I waited for more than 27 months, which is really nothing compared to your wait period -
36 months. Enjoy your freedom ! Hope that your wife gets her approval soon.
