I have checked the online status tonight and all our cases(me , wife and 2 daugters) have been approved. I am so so happy our long journey has been finished finally.

- EVL, 3 paystubs for me
- Legal Status documents for my family.
RFE ACK by INS 4/7/2004
AD 4/12/2004(after just 5day of RFE ACK)

Your applications were approved April 12th, Monday? I thought somebody in this forum had told us that BCIS is off Sundays and Mondays??????

For legal status verifiation, the INS requested status confirmation since our first entry to US. So the followings were sent by lawyer.
1. all copies of family's passport-- include all visa history and entry etc.
2. h1-B approval notices including one time extension
3. I-485 receipt notices.

Our FP expircy is 4/25. I guess INS did a speedy processing for preventing the second FP.

I should go to Charlotte, NC for stamping. Please post any stamping experience in Charlotte. Thanks.
