Finally .. a ray of hope

Guys and Gals,

I am sure a lot of you are aware of the trials and tribulations of my case. It had been transferred to a wrong local office almost a year ago and since then everything had been a mess. My case supposedly made it back to TSC but I never had any confirmation of this. Today I finally received an email from the TSC that confirmed that my case was received there. The message states that the case was received there on the 2nd of August although I filed in March 04. I sure hope they do not consider my case as having been filed in August 05. Anyway, I am a bit relieved. Now there is some hope for me in October maybe ...

I will keep everyone posted on the progress.

I'm happy for you. Finally you know for sure that your case is at TSC.
I hope everything starts working smoothly and quickly for your case now.

Any new info on your wife's AP?

APs

My lawyer just submitted new APs for both me and my wife yesterday. Maybe they finally got hold of my case after receiving both our APs? I had also sent an email to the Ombudsmans office last week and maybe that worked. My lawyer has also been inquiring through AILA. One or all of these things finally lead to this email. Hopefully our APs will be approved shortly.

Although it is good news at some level, I am not out of the woods yet. Lets see how things move from here on. My experience with the TSC has made me doubt everything about this process.

mvusa is right we all are very glad that ur case got some progress, and they TSC send u an special email , thats good news for you. :D

Man, that is a good news. Hope you will get 320 emails tomorrow stating that you are approved and also your email box will be full..

LUD on 485 changed again today

Guys and Gals,

The LUD on my 485 that changed yesterday stating that they have received my case at TSC changed again today. Maybe someone is finally working on it. My luck that all EB3s are retrogressed right now. The officer cannot approve the damn thing even if he wanted to. Oh well .. atleast someone is working on it.

You deserve all the good vibes. Even if its going to be in Oct, its not too far in future compared to the time that TSC has played volleyball with your case, hence just hang in there.

I have signed up for the online status update and you can choose the option of receiving emails for your cases. That is how TSC knows my email address. Its an automated system that is supposed to send out emails whenever something happens to a case (RFE, Approval etc)

3 consecutive LUD changes

All,

After no activity on my 485 for over a year there have now been LUD changes for the past 3 days. I guess this is good but it is getting me really nervous. I would be more excited if my experience wasn't as bad as it has been thus far. Anyway, progress seems to have been made.

Having LUD changes for past 3 days is a good sign! You are going to get approval soon :)

May be TSC is having training sessions how not to mess up cases and using yours as an example :D
