Finally this hassle is over along with my wife and son. Being a silent observer of this site, site was great help.

I was in touch with Congressman Bosswell's office(Des Moines, IA). Even though they couldn't help me expedite my case but got great help getting information time by time.

Good luck to all of you guys waiting for this hassle to be over soon.
 
Congrats, did you leave before 180 days

congratulations:

did you leave the sponsering company before 180 days of filing?
did USCIS knew about the time you left the sponsoring company when you replied to RFE?
what did USCIS ask for in the RFE?

Thanks all of you guys.

I changed the job after 1 year. Employment verification letter and they didn't know that I left the company. Thats why on RFE they were refering to the previous company.

I replied RFE on May 21, 2004
