finally 485 approved

Hi All,

My 485 finally got approved. Got my curtosy copy, waiting on my wife\'s curtosy copy.

Been thru a lot with F1, H1,LC, etc,etc. everything that could go wrong has gone wrong in my case. Don\'t want to go into details as too much to write here.

Have been a silent visitor to the board. Thanks to all for posting the details.

For those who are still waiting - First few years, I used to get frustrated with INS, the whole process as things did not go smoothly for me. Had lot of problems. I was always nervous and anxious and it took its toll on my health also. One day SAIBABA drew me to him and I found peace ever after. Just forgot about everything with the GC, INS. Just put the burden on god and was ready to take life as it comes. If I get the GC fine, else no big deal, baba will look after me and take care of everything. That gave me a lot of peace and I could enjoy life as always. So my advice is put the burden on him, foeget everyhting, stop calling INS, getting worked up, just relax and enjoy life and god will take care of everyhting if u wholeheardtedly put the burden on him and believe in him. Believe me it works. U just have to try.

Well..firstly congratulations on getting your GC approval!!
I ,being not too religious,but I have a lot of faith in SiddhiVinayak,etc..and I do know this...
all of us here in the US,healthy,and working should thank the Lord (whoever HE may be for each one of us) for bestowing so much on us..I know there are tons of people ,in countries like India,and other nations who try so hard,and are intelligent,and for lack of opportunity,cannot move up...or go down a few rungs,and there are those who ofcourse live hand to mouth..So I ,personally dont entertain my friends who crib abt silly things like GC..I mean I too have applied,and ok.I shall face whatever comes thru..but I mean ..hey..I am lucky to be here,earning here,and healthy..but again that\'s only my perspective..I know most people wont agree with me..
IT\'s good to move ahead in life,but by always having the bigger picture.. ..just some thoughts of mine I decided to share..

Same Dates

Wow my dates for RD and ND are exactly the same as yours i.e. RD 10/13/00 and ND 11/6/00, but I am still waiting for approval. I am EB3 and others.. what is your EB and country.
