Ok, last question.
can I staple the form n-400, photos and copy of GC, and ck

can I tape the photo to a piece of paper?

can I put the paper with photos and copy of GC and ck in the front of form n-400
 
I don't know the correct way but this is what I did.

Created a cover letter and placed that as a first page along with N400 form and supporting document. Check (for fees) and photo's were placed on top of cover letter with the help of paper clip.

I don't suggest staple but use binder clips

Paper clip is fine. Small one preferably. No need for cover letter...

Use clips instead of stapling. Keep check on top, then photos, then gc copy and the application form. You can keep another clip to separate app form from other documents.

If possible, keep the photos in a small envelope (plastic/paper/transparent).

and no need for any cover letter.

USCIS doesn't like staples. I would just put everything loose inside the envelope. Photos could go inside their photo store sleeve, if they gave you one, or inside a small plastic bag.
