Hi ,
I got a DUI 5 years back . Paid fine and completed probation. Now I got an interview in chicago.

When I got the Certified Court Disposition , it doesn't say the case dimissed following probation.

I'm told that I have to file 1023.4 petition to dismiss the case. I can't get this petition completed within time. My interview is in 3 days.

Is this is a problem at the interview. I called the court and they mentioned that only thing they can do is expunge the records and case is inactive.

My lawyer telling me 50-50 change the officer might ask for the case dismissal.

Have anyone filled a petition like that in California to dismiss their cases ?

I know someone who had DUI in CA, got court certified document, and passed interview in Baltimore recently. Earlier he submitted documents that he finished classes and probation is over and he paid all fines. They just asked for this certified document (copy of it) and put it to his file. Even did not ask details of DUI.
