Final clarifications before sedning N400

So we are ready to send out the application and wanted to clarify few things.

1. N400 is printed on both sides. Is that OK? or should I print again with only one side.
2. I will be sending 2 envelopes?
3. Each envelope will have N400, 2 photos, check and copy of GC frond and back.

Is that it or am I missing something?

Thanks.

This is just my personal preference, but I printed out the N-400 single-sided. I thought it would be easier for the IO to review it that way. The rest of your approach seems fine and is what I did too.

I'll say do the same as the majority do, that is make N400 one-sided. To be on safe side, it is always a good idea not to odd out. Don't bother about
mailing cost , printing costs for such important matter

Mailing address is,
USCIS
Attn: N-400
1820 E Skyharbor Cicle S, Floor 1
Phoenix, AZ 85034

Is there a type here? is it skyharbor circle or cicle?

That is a typo. maps.google.com doesn't show anything for
1820 E Skyharbor Cicle S
Phoenix, AZ 85034

Skyharbor Circle is the Phoenix Airport and where the lockbox might be located.

Wouldn't you be sending your N-400s to the Lewisville, TX lockbox address?

I could be mistaken, but I would go to www.uscis.gov and double-check the latest mailing address information.

I am in california, so it is phoenix,

1. Print again with only one side.
2. You can send both the application forms in one envelope. You can staple two application forms separately and keep in the one envelop (9 * 12 or so) OR pack them in two envelopes and keep those envelopes in one large envelope. This will make sure that you and your wife get same priority date and other dates. They send everything together (90%)
3. Make sure that you write the A# on checks, sign on back of photos (please check instructions again). You can keep both envelopes in a single envelope and mail.

Yes, I believe this is the address for facilities within the Phoenix Skyharbor Airport complex. The address probably leads directly to the U.S. Postal facility at or near the airport where the "lockbox" is located. If you are sending your N-400s by USPS Express Mail, UPS, or Fedex, then this is the address you would use. I wouldn't worry about finding it on a map - it is an address that the delivery service providers know about.

1. Print one-sided
2 and 3. If you want to save a bit of money and have a slightly better chance of having both applications handled concurrently I would suggest to put the two separate envelopes inside a third envelope, so you only send one envelope containing two envelopes, each one with its own separate application.

PS: In my case I think I sent them separate with the reasoning of if one gets lost in the mail the other still has a chance. Of course nothing got lost and the applications were still handled reasonably together. Had fingerprint, interview and oath on same days.

My 2 cents.
