finacial support for wife's I-485

My I-140 was approved. I am filing I-485 for me and my wife. So I need to file an “Affidavit of Support” for my wife. My question is which form I should use, I-134 or I-864?

I was also a derivative applicant on my husband's I-485 (and we just went over this in detail when I prepared for my INS interview last week).

I-134 is correct.
