Filling the I-485 package. Pros and Cons

Hello all,

Recently my employer started an I-485 process via EB-2. We are in the second stage of the process, and I recently received the I-797 (from an I-140 application). I would like to file the I-485 package as soon as possible even before the approval of I-140 will be granted.

My question is: would it be better to have the employer filling this package or for a better control of the process, to have myself filling the package? What are some of the pros and cons filling one way or another?

If the employer pay, then let him do. If you pay, does not matter who send the package. The point is, I485 is your application, you go to do medical exam and provide all the data, if you or the employer drop the envelope in the mail box is the same either way.
