Filling The adjustment of status.

Hello,

With the adjustment of status package, do we mail that in or make an appointment with a filed office of some sort? This adjustment of status isn't for employment, it's based off my marriage to a non U.S citizen.

Thanks.

I don't understand the basis of your AOS case. It can be either employment, or marriage to U.S. citizen.

It can be based on marriage to a permanent resident, as well. And yes, it should be mailed in.

This guy is US citizen. He is filing papers for his non-citizen wife

And for example:
