I am in process of filling N-400. Questions are straightforward but to be on right side of law all the time, I did stumble upon filling these questions.
Part 8. Question A.
How many times have you been married (including annulled marriages)?
I have been married and married once only. So should the answer be 1? It seems obvious but still I am not sure this is what USCIS is looking for. I think I wanted to ask is should be answer by 1 or 0.
8.G. How many times has your current spouse been married (including annulled marriages)?
Same answer as before. My spouse has also been married and married once only. So should the answer be 1? It seems obvious but still I am not sure this is what USCIS is looking for.I think I wanted to ask is should be answer by 1 or 0.
B. Affiliations.
8. a. Have you ever been a member of or associated with any organization, association, fund,
foundation, party, club, society or similar group in the United States or in any other place?
b. If you answered ''Yes,'' list the name of each group below. If you need more space, attach the names of the other group(s) on a
separate sheet(s) of paper.
American Automobile Association (AAA)
Costco Wholesale
Czech Association of Cultural Development
Liberty Creek Community Church Association
Sam's Club
Toastmasters International
University of Texas Alumni Association
Project Management Institute (PMI)
Is the listing the above association ok or I am going too far listing these? I don't know for sure whether I should judge which one to list or list all the association/organization I have been associated with and let USCIS decide whether those or ok or not?
What bothers me is that I don't want to hide anything as I have nothing to hide but till what extent I should go about listing these.
