Filling #I94 in I-485

Do I have to mention last 2 digits of I94 when filling I-485? for ex.
mine is xxxxxxxxx 08...they left some space and mentioned 08...do I need to include that? Also, can I give personal checks for all filing fees? Thanks.

-----YES (for I-140 it should be from employer) for I-485, EAD, AP you can send your check as these applications belong to you the I-140 belongs to employer
