Filling I485 but incorrect birth date

Hello,
I am in a process of getting my documents ready to file for I485. I am also getting a late registered birth certificate since my birth was never registered at the time when I was born.

What I just found out is that I have been using incorrect birth date all my life and my actual birth date is off by 1 day. So actual birth date is February 24th 1975, but I used 25th February 1975 all my life.

I can get a late registered birth certificate but it will be in a different date from the date on all my documents.

Should I get a non-availability certificate, should I get a birth certificate from a different authority who can give the certificate in 25th Feb 1975 date?

Can somebody suggest what my options are? I am EB2-ROW so not affected by retrogression.

--------if birth date on your passport is 25th February 1975 and on other documents you used the same DOB then try to get BC with same date. if they dont give BC with same DOB then give"chai Pani" and get BC with date 25th February 1975 or get Non availability certificate and two affidavits from your parents/relatives.

Just use your Old DOB which you have been using all your life. Its the similar case with my wife. Her actual DOB is Mar 77 and in all the documents right from school including passport her DOB is Jan 76. We did not change the DOB and continued to use what it was in the documents. Its a big hassle if you try to change.
 
Thanks a lot guys. This is helpful. I was also under the impression that changing the DOB on all documents will simply be impossible and may have problems no one knows where but I really appreciate your feedback.

I will get the BC or NABC with the DOB from my docs.

------From where you are trying to get BC or NABC? where were you born? Post your EXP for others.

Am in the same situation, I have requested the Municipality for a "Non availability certificate". Planning to attach two affidavits from parents and one of the relatives. Also will submit in the secondary school certificate with the birth date mentioned.

The BC from Union Council may be acceptable as even the state department site mentions that it is acceptable for people from rural areas but I am city so I guess once the attorney sees it they will be able to better guide me.
