Filling I-130 for my brother

Hi everyone hope all you doing well,

I'm want to apply for my brother to get here in US, so I went through I-130 and stopped at question 16. Currently my brother outside USA and he were before in visit visa and applied for asylum but they denied him and he overstayed his visa due till his return ticket date. so what should I type in question 16?


Please help!

By how much did he overstay? Was an NTA issued to him after his unsuccessful asylum bid?

denial was 05/18/2011, but he got the mail at 05/29/2011, his visa due date 06/06/2011 and he left USA 07/11/2011.

From 05/29 to July 7th he didn't get anything in mail at that time!
