Filling H1 again now

It's been 2 years since pending 485 ( RD 02/2002 ND 03/2002 ) .
My company filled for my 3rd H1 for 1 year last week .
Had EAD that I have personally filed but company policy is to renew H1

Have not got 2nd FP till now

saga continues ...
 
I wasn't aware that you could have a 3rd H-1 visa. I thought it was only renewable once for a second 3 year term giving you a total of 6 years.

I think he/she might be trying to say that his/her 3rd one year extention was filed, after completing 6 years on H1 and waiting for 485 approval.
 
I am also in same situation (RD 2/002, ND 3/2002) and Filed for 7 th year extension and just got a receipt notice.
 
You are better off than most of us. At least you can file a H-1. My company refuses to do it and asks me to work on EAD and AP :(
 
I'm aslo filing 7 th year H1 extension next month. Last week received notic for 2nd FP, is in Feb.
