Filling GC for wife's family

Hey people...

My wife has filed for my GC.I am on H1.She is a USC thru naturalisation.
Now she wants to also file for her parents.The things are a little complicated.
Her mother got married again after divorcing her father and so my wife has two step sisters (one is 13 and another is 14 yrs old) from her mother's second marriage.
Can she file for her mother,her step father and her step sisters?

Is the procedure same as mine?ie Filing I130, I485, I765 concurrently to the chicago lockbox?

You need to make sure your wife makes enough money to cover ALL the people that are going to apply for a GC, or at least have a sponsor that will do it for her.
