Filling forms instead of husband ? Is it ok ??

I am filling for AOS. My husband should file the I-130, but I was wondering if I could file the form in his place ? I mean is there a problem if I file the I-130 and not him. I am asking this question because he is pretty busy during the day,and I just want to save us some time.

you can fill out the form, but he needs to sign it. He also needs to sign the biographic forms and the affidavit of support (this one needs to be notarized).
